Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (maybe take longer, depending on destination) from the date the order has been shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

However, there will be cases that we can’t foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges might result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

Shipping cost

The costs for standard shipping are $6.99 for all orders.

To accommodate your needs, our selection of available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and the size of the item(s) purchased.

Shipping Destination

We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.

Lost or Missing packages

Karlee store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. 

Wrong Shipping Address

Please ensure that our shipping address is accurate. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer. If we need to change your order or delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as you can. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot ensure that adjustments can be made after the order has been placed.

If an incorrect address is provided and items are returned to us, customers will be responsible for return fees and any reshipment costs.
