RETURNS POLICY

Our Policy

You have 15 days to initiate a return from the day you received your purchase. If you get your order more than 15 days after placing it, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging to be accepted. You should also bring the invoice as evidence of purchase.

Return conditions

  • A product is considered defective if it has technical problems and is delivered to the customer.
  • Product description is incorrect: if the online description of the product is incorrect.
  • If the color of the goods differs from the online description, it is incorrect.
  •  Wrong product quantity
  • If the quantity of delivered products is different from the ordered quantity, you have the right to request a return and refund.

Return process

To start return, please send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason why you’d like to return or exchange the garment.

We’ll email you a return label and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you get a damaged or defective item, please refer to our returns guidelines.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Sale items

We do not offer exchanges / returns / refunds on any SALE ITEMS. These are final clearance.
